1. General Refund Policy
No Refunds or Replacements for Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of our food products (herbal teas, dehydrated powders, and food premixes), we generally do not provide refunds or replacements except in cases where the product has expired before the delivery date.
2. Expiry Date Exception Policy
If you receive a product that has already expired at the time of delivery, we will consider issuing a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
- The claim must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery

- Proof of the expiry date (such as photos of the packaging label) must be provided
3. Process for Claims
- Contact our customer service team immediately via phone or email
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photographic evidence of the expired product
- Our team will verify the claim and process either a full refund or replacement within 7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 days
4. Return Procedure
To facilitate the return process:
- Keep the product in its original packaging
- Do not consume or alter the product in any way
- Follow instructions from our customer service team regarding return shipping
- Returns must be sent back to our facility at your own expense
